Purchase Process

Purchasing products in the www.morkesen.com online store is easy.

Online shopping can be done as a guest or as a registered user. If you are not yet registered or do not wish to register, you can shop as a guest. The purchase process for registered users is the same as for guests, with one exception: user registration.

User registration is completed by clicking on the “My Account” link. A registration field will then appear on the screen where you must enter your chosen username, email address, and password.

For registered users, personal data is stored as specified on the Terms of Business and Personal Data Security pages.

1. Product Search

To search for a specific product, you can use one of two methods:

  1. Search field: At the top menu bar, use the search field to type the type of product (e.g., “mug”) or the specific name of the product (e.g., “mug xyz”). One or more matching products will be displayed.
  2. Categories: In the top menu, select the main category of items you are interested in (e.g., “New cups”). You can further refine your selection using subcategories (e.g., “New cups – Discount”). All products in the selected category will then be displayed.

2. Product Selection

Clicking on a product image will display more detailed information about the item. Select the desired quantity and click the “Add to cart” button. The product will be added to your shopping cart.

You can either continue shopping or proceed to the cart to complete your purchase.

3. Checkout

To proceed to checkout, click the “Checkout” button in your shopping cart.

4. Payment and Delivery Information

On the “Checkout” page, provide your contact information, as well as billing and delivery address details.

Optionally, you may apply a discount coupon code, if available. Enter the code into the designated field and click the green “Apply coupon” button. Please note that promo codes may have limitations regarding validity, quantity, and value.

5. Payment Methods

Choose your preferred payment method from the following options:

  1. Payment via the Stripe payment system (including credit cards).
  2. Payment via Google Pay.
  3. Payment via Apple Pay.

6. Review and Submission of the Order

Before submitting your order, confirm that you have read and agreed to the website’s terms and conditions. Complete your purchase by clicking the “Place Order” button.

A purchase confirmation will be displayed, and you will also receive an email summarizing your order.

If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment interface. After successful payment, a confirmation page will appear, and an order summary will be sent to your email address.

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an additional email after processing the order.

Before finalizing the order, we may review it, and in cases of ambiguity or to verify details, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided during the purchase process.

The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed. From this point forward, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. The buyer is identified as the individual whose information is provided at the time of order placement. Buyer information cannot be modified later.

By placing an order, you guarantee the accuracy of the provided information and confirm the terms of business, irrevocably accepting them as an integral part of the order.
