Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, without providing a reason. You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within this period and return the goods within the following 14 days. The returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included manuals and documentation.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your notification of withdrawal, or after the goods are received back, whichever comes first.

- Fully performed services that began with your explicit consent.
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items.
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once provision has started with your prior consent.
